SA Government

The South Australian Government and Events SA were responsible for successfully hosting the 1996 Men's World Championships. The government will be working closely with Bowls Australia to coordinate and conduct the 2012 World Championships

Bowls Australia

Bowls Australia is the national sporting organisation, reponsible for the delivery of bowls within Australia. The organisation manages the state organisations, in addition to running national and international events.

World Bowls

The world sporting body for lawn bowls, World Bowls coordinates the 46 member nations involved in the sport. World Bowls also assist to conduct international events including the Commonwealth Games and World Championships.
